Katsuhiko Kizaki is the 2nd soke of Waden Ryu Shurikendo & the 3rd soke of Yamai Ryu Jujutsu Kenpo. His great grandfather was a police officer and his great uncle was an army officer so he was taught martial arts by his father and grandfather from a young age. At the age of 10 he devoted himself to Karate training but he started to doubt modern martial arts, the efficacy of which declines with age, so he started to visit and study old martial arts. In the process he learned Hakko Ryu Jujutsu and practiced Waden Ryu Shuriken and Yamai Ryu Jujutsu under the Isao Tsuruta family.
