Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Bought it last week and watched all of it in one sitting. An excellent DVD that will broaden your attack game immensely. Highlights were Glover's use of grips and all the angles you can hit the darce from. I highly recommend it
