+Part II is the most comprehensive material I have seen on trouble shooting the hook sweep.
+some good set ups for the hook sweep in Part III.
-Part III is a random collection of hook sweep variations from random positions, there is no connecting the dots.
-The information in Part I is way too rudimentary.
-A problem with the DVD quality, the video freezes randomly.

I have to agree with everyone else the quality of the video was so poor that u really don't get a chance to watch the DVD That's not to say that the techniques aren't great but the DVD does freeze and u will b unsatisfied. And as much as I like the information I'd tell u to pass on this one I contemplated buying the new mexico seminar set but I'm afraid I'll get the same disappointment I received from this set and couple of the other DVD's that I received out of the faixa preta series
