Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. This DVD is poorly done (filmed during a class)and the games, with an exception of a couple, are very basic and boring.
Would be a good/great instructional for a blue belt instructor running a class or if the discs were $25 not a 100!

BJJ 101 - Games, so how many games are there? about 23 games. I agree with the BJJ coach review, you can get more from the Gracie Bullyproof series.
