Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Another Home Run for Roy Dean! Roy is an amazing Teacher, as is evident by his students smooth technique and has been shown in his previous sets including Blue and Purple Belt Requirements(which if you haven't seen either of those yet, get them NOW! They are excellent as well!!)

No Gi Essentials is comprised of multiple No Gi "private Lessons" covering the fundamentals to more higher level concepts, like always Roy presents tons of solid info that all levels should benefit from.

Not only are these excellent for instruction, but like his previous sets they are also very entertaining..which means you will want to watch the numerous times..thus getting much more benefit from them compared to the average instructional set that is almost a chore to watch. I have watched his previous sets TONS of times for motivation or just to unwind, and I enjoy them more each time I watch them, and No Gi Essentials will be no different!

Also included is live Rolling Footage with Voice over from Roy, these are very helpful, and it's great to hear Roy's commentary/analysis during the rolling sessions.

I rate them a solid 5 out of 5! The production value is EXCELLENT! Everything flows very smoothly, the music sets the tone, and Roy is extremely articulate as usual. These are a MUST BUY!
