These DVDs are recordings of seminars given by Reilly Bodycomb (grappling and leg lock coach for NY Combat Sambo) designed to help contemporary submission grapplers integrate Sambo leg attacks into their own game by breaking them down into a succinct, easy to understand system. This DVD covers aggressive entries into leg locks from multiple positions, tactics to keeping leg control for long periods of time, and proper finishes to the toe hold, heel hook, knee bar, and the most misunderstood leg submission, the Achilles ankle lock.

Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Yes this series is great. If your looking to develop your lower game, you cant beat doing so at this price. Bodycomb truly knows leg locks and has developed a system in which you can flow from. If your a no gi grappler you cannot go wrong with this one. His system is build on 4 steps and when you go through the flow you realize what control is all about. If you go against someone who knows nothing of leg locks, they are done.
