Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Excellent Dvd. More basic moves than Rafael's instructional. Definately worth the $$$

Lot of "filler" moves which seems like they added. A lot of advanced fancy moves. If you like that, this one is for you. I am more into the detailed basic instructionals showing defenses and variations. Just know what you are purchasing. Cheers!

Wow.. these guys make DVD's with all these fancy techniques (low % techniques at that!), yet in their matches do nothing but play the 50/50 guard and stall??? Don't waste your $40 there are much better DVD's out there!
