Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. I just watched this DVD and wanted to share my thoughts on it.

One thing that I have always liked about Keith's work is that he manages to covers all areas on one DVD so you get a taste of everything. Volume three is no different. There is a wide variety of material to choose from. Guard passing, submissions, sweeps, and defenses. I was impressed with all the material, but a few of the gems that stood out for me were defenses against the Brabo choke & Peruvian Necktie, a terrific series on attacking from the mount, and a solid defense against the twister.

Keith's teaching is clear and concise, allowing you to pick up the material quickly. He did a great job on this disk and I can only hope he decides to do a Volume 4. As a Black Belt who picked up a few tricks myself, I highly recommend this DVD for anyone looking to work on their no-gi game, or no-gi competitors who are looking for an edge.
