We've all been waiting for somehting from 'The Last Emperor' since the Rings & Pride FC days. This is in seminar format, so no replays to fill the tape. He shows his whole MMA game: submissions and escapes or defenses, Muay thai kicking (protect your jaw, aim for the muscle), clinching, leg locks (& counters)... He mentions that the MMA gloves make it possible to get knocked out by any punch so you always need to protect your head. He also show where to punch on your opponent when you're on the ground. It's a good DVD showing a solid MMA game- both offense & defense.

It is actual footage taken at a seminar so sometimes the camera angles are a bit confusing but the material of the DVD is great. If you take your time to watch the DVD a few times you will find a lot of interesting and very usefull stuff. I really like the diversity of techniques shown.

This is a great DVD,You must watch it a few times and try to find all the small detail's.This DVD has a lot of material if you pay attention and work on the movements.

Awesome DVD. Very well produced and easy to follow despite the sub-titles.
