in the beginning it starts very very good with really useful details on the basic brabo choke.
but the longer it runs, the more 'freaky' it gets.
sometimes you may think this dvd is only "to get the brabo choke at all costs" (especially "omoplata into brabo"...)

good stuff - not excellent, but quiet good!
