I really like this book, lots of tech most pretty basic, but you get a detailed summary and usually 3 pics of different faced directions to see where your arms or legs are to thiers. But I was hoping for more of his cardio/strength training habits. I wanted to know how many miles he runs a day or if he does sprints or swims and what kettlebell exercises he does. All and all this book is great and I hope DVDs follow. A++++ highly reccomend

Great basics. This book covers the basics in great detail that you do not see in many books how and where to properly check kicks tips on how to get more distance and power out of a punch and how to set up submissions with ground and pound and vice versa. etc...

Basic stuff but it works well(as you can see from Fedor's record).I noticed he uses exact same techniques in many of his fights.
