I use to get ringworm all the time from wrestling and jiu jitsu so i started using dial soap but didnt seem to rid the problem so I got defense soap...this stuff works great and I havent had a problem period since I got this soap..ive never felt cleaner in my life...well worth it for $6 and it keeps me ninja like!!
ps-the liquid is awesome two but sometimes alot comes out so it goes fast
