I bought Vol.1 yesterday. Hell, it is damn good!

Trigg teaches fundamentals: keeping your base, breaking and passing the guard, how to maintain control and anticipating what your opponent will do next.

Everything is shown in a progression and at a good pace. The main thing this DVD addresses that most others don't is the fact that you are doing all this while trading punches, elbows, and knees.
