If you carry a knife for defense, this book is a must have. It uses modern medical data and studies to develop time tables for bleed out rates for normal sized people. They then use these tables as the basis for their knife targeting system focusing on cutting muscle groups instead of going for organs/blood vessels.

Included are some GRAPHIC pictures of real knife attack wounds.
