pretty cool dvd allthough most of the techniques they demonstrate are very basic, the fihgter footage is great! i especially liked the part about jacare and manaus seems to be like heaven on earth with its beautiful beaches and oceans.

I love this DVD! It's the sort of thing you can just watch over and over. I can even play arte suave for friends that don't care about jiu jitsu, and they are entertained. So many videos are about the techniques, it's refreshing to see more of the "lifestyle".

I agree with what James Conaway said. I'm a big fan of Demian Maia and Jacare. Not only do they show you some cool moves and training, but they chill all day. Jacare plays in the forrest and eats fresh fish while Demian Maia trains attack dogs in his off time lol. I'm buying my plane ticket to Brazil...

It's okay dvd, but volume one is about 50 times better. If you're trying to decide on which one to buy, go with volume one.

Profiles on Demian Maia sparring, showing techniques as well as teaching vale tudo in his school. Jacare sparring at his school. It's so cool to see him spar with his teacher. I'm still waiting for the 3rd volume.
