Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

This is one of my favorite instructionals. Great mix of Judo and Jiu-Jitsu. My Gi takedowns have improved greatly from studying this instructional. One warning: The flying attacks are not for beginners.

What a cheesy intro. The camera work is pretty good, but they lose focus in some spots, which I don't think should have made the final cut. The material is frankly badass, and is probably best for players that are....badass. I'm sure some lower level players will still want to work some of these things into their games, and even if they don't it's still a cool set to watch just to see the moves done.

I agree with everything said above....great video..but I will add it seems a little difficult to navigate through the menues to find what you are looking for since they tried to fancy it up...the intro is cheesy
