When it first came out, it was pricey and I didn't know if it was any good. I took a chance and was blown away. Andre Galvao training, sparring, and explaining his training philosophy is so cool. Marcelo Garcia sparring at Fabio Gurgel's academy is priceless. Just seeing him explain his philosophy and his ease in sparring is awesome. I'm still waiting for vol 3.

Definately not 5 Stars. Would put my money to better use on a different Dvd.
Interesting to see all the different training camps though. Lets see what Vol 2 brings when it arrives.
