A lot of good information in this set. If you play mostly jiu-jitsu, it can be nice to get a different perspective. Some of the moves seem more like "show-holds", but there is still plenty to take away.

If you bought mark hatmakers stuff chalk that up as a loss and buy Tony C set. Tony has gotten some heat for his claims but his moves are solid and he is a good teacher. lots of great Catch in these dvd's

Great stuff for not only grappling but NHB and simply on the street. Some of the stuff in Catch Wrestling is devasting and can put people on the sidelines for good. Tony shows you thing and shows how Catch wrestling is all about submission and basically anyway possible on the ground. The DVD's are structured perfectly and shows you that if you have great possessioning... well you can catch anything really and chain. Brillant stuff.

I know Tony has a bad rep, but this DVD is his best! His fine points and advice for some of his submissions are fantastic.
