The Corner man is made ofrom 2 inch x 2 inch tubular, 16 guage steel. The center support beam has 5 height adjustments from 82" to 106" allowing you to hang bags at various heights. The legs extend 9' in both directions from corner for maiximum stability. Shock absorbing design keeps frame stationary during vigurous workouts. Design to hold up to a 100 lb. training bag.
