Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. A great follow-up to the first DVD by Kanae Hirata-Sensei, made by his senior students after he passed away. It revisits material covered previously and proceeds to add much more!

This is an amazing dvd, tracing the roots to the very beginning of the "ground" judo style. To me it was logic that they (special high school judo club) came to practise 90% on the ground with more leverage,technique,surface area,gravity, all this magnifies those techniques to another level. kinoesthetically shocking! see them do warm ups, spar, techniques overview and their personal memories with the late hirata sensei.
To the kosen judo students of hirata,thank you for sharing& making this dvd.
