Grandmaster Rudy Lams has been training the Martial Arts for over 52 years. He has trained in Judo, Northern Praying Mantis, Sil Lum Pai and is Sifu in Hung Gar Kung Fu. He also is a Black Belt 1st degree in USA Goju Karate. He is a 2nd Generation Jeet Kune Do Instructor training with Bruce Lee's top students Sifu Richard Bustillo, Sifu Dan Inosanto, Sifu Ted Wong and Sifu Larry Hartsell. He is also a 6th degree Black Belt in Filipino Kali under the systems Sayoc Kali & Doce Pares. A Black Belt in BJJ & Shootwrestling. He's trained the Navy Seals and other government agencies. His system is very Practical, Efficient and Effective. Sought out all over the world doing Seminars. This is a Phase 1 course for all Levels (beginners, intermediate, advance) on Trapping skills. Covering will be the principals and execution understanding of how to immobilize your opponent movement and the importance of the Center Line. The final part will introduce some of the entries to grappling, which will be on his next instructional.
