-Demonstrations for ATM's cameras by four master-level instructors: Senseis Mitsugi Saotome, Yoshio Kuroiwa, Hiroshi Ikeda, and Frank Doran

-Systematic instruction on various aspects of Aikido by these sensei

-and interviews with the sensei.

As extras, the DVD also contains scenes from a public demonstration by 24 of Saotome Sensel's senior students and coverage of a testimonial banquet given in Saotome Sensei's honor.
