great stuff on this dvd, not all of it is for most because a lot of it is very acrobatic and hard. some of the best jiu jitsu imo.

a cool set to watch just to see the moves done.

What a cheesy intro. The camera work is pretty good, but they lose focus in some spots, which I don't think should have made the final cut. The material is frankly badass, and is probably best for players that are....badass. I'm sure some lower level players will still want to work some of these things into their games, and even if they don't it's still a cool set to watch just to see the moves done.
