This set is very basic and the guard pass is dangerous, but Rorion is a good teacher and skillfully conveys the main skills necessary to implement BJJ in a self-defence situation.
The techniques on the tapes are very basic. The set shows only a small number of moves. The video quality is poor. The price is very high.
OOOOOOOOOOLD school stuff on this set, most everything is WAY too outdated to be effective against anyone with a little grappling knowledge.
The passing the guard techniques shown on this set are really outdated and will probably get you triangled if you attempted them. I would recommend going with the intermediate series instead.
