I really enjoy Jeff and how he teaches, it's very easy to understand him and I can't wait to try techniques on real people not a grappling dummy.
This DVD revolutioned the half guard game when it came out. I watched it again recently and it still holds up. Not only are there some solid moves on the dvds but Jeffs playful teaching style makes the material really stick. After years of training much of my half guard game was straight from these.
