Great application of wing chun principles.

Very Good Explanation

The video quality is really good. He takes the time to explain both the techniques and the theory behind them. Very, very old school type training that focuses on mind/body connection, which most people don't include in training anymore. This is a FOUNDATION video. If you want to start your foundation this is a great start from someone who learned from Ip Man & Ip Chung.

The contents of this DVD are very bad the defences shown are more likely to get you even more hurt it is very obvious from this video that Sam Kwok as no idea how a street attack would happen save your money and maybe your life DO NOT BUY..........
