Karl Gotch calls him his best student. There is also some footage from both some Japanese strong-style pro-wrestling and competitive shoot wrestling matches at the end.
Fujiwara shows a number of shoot wrestling techniques and submissions, with some unconvential entries and takedown counters. The language barrier proves no problem, as pain is universal! Also includes conditioning excercises. Good stuff!
Lot of pintfull tricks and movements that will help you in grappling competition or street situations.
Great DVD set. No subtitles but none are needed. The drawings of the pressure points in each technique are very helpful. The conditioning excercises are very useful as well.
very good stuff. its in japanese but thats not a problem its still perfectly understandable. this is a good buy!
