Good moves, concepts, and strategies for both MMA and Submission Grappling

If you've seen the older 3 DVD set from Cesar, you already know that this man can teach. This newer set is no exception. It is well named, as Cesar covers moves, concepts, and strategies for both MMA and Submission Grappling. There is a lot of detail on the hows and especially the whys of each move, and I find this particularly beneficial. I was let down with the "Grip Use" section, since it is pretty short and basically just covers hand grips, not grip use throughout the fight game (but I suppose it's my fault for assuming, so I won't deduct).
