Excellent teaching

Jeff is such a good teacher. He makes everything simple and easily relatable. I knew some of the sweeps but some were also knew. Great teaching of some of the most high percentage sweeps.

Ok refresher for beginners

This would be good for white belts who haven't learned these sweeps yet. Aside from that it's basic. Not really worth the intro price let alone if it goes up to $77. Worth watching one time and then giving it to a friend who is beginning that's about it.
