What is Kyokushinkan?
The Kyokushin Karate Federation Kyokushinkan was established on January 13, 2003, following the wishes of the late President Mas Oyama, the founder of Kyokushin Karate, with the pursuit of martial arts karate and the healthy development of young people. Pursuing karate as a martial art, he revisits the basics, patterns, and weapons techniques, and also emphasizes the etiquette that modern Japanese are losing. The training system includes learning basic training, mobile training, disassembling molds and introducing weapons techniques that have been handed down from ancient times (stick, rhinoceros, tonfa, nunchaku), training parts to train fists and feet with rolled straw and sandbags, and Chinese martial arts. There are a wide variety of training methods that incorporate the elements of (Yiquan).
