The Art of Gung Fu Book by Francois Arambel

In this book I demonstrate my own follow ups from the basic techniques of Gungfu. It ranges from take downs, sweeps,  chokes, to counter kicks and knee strikes…..  When practicing these techniques be careful to always do them from a solid base without which nothing would work.
