Pangai Noon Karate DVD 2: Métodos primarios y Kata por Shinyu Gushi

The Pangai Noon Karate DVD 2 is one of five DVD series documenting the entire syllabus of the ryu. The series covers the kata Sanchin, Seisan, and Sanseiryu in great detail. The kata are presented at normal speed and slow motion, is covered from different angles. The bunkai of Seisan and the "test" used to evaluate Sanchin are presented clearly and thoroughly. Also presented are the five other kata created to supplement the three kata Uechi brought back to Okinawa from China. Lastly, also included in the series are the kobudo weapons adopted by Pangai Noon, as well as the Hojo Undo, methods to toughen hands, and how to use the makiwara. While trying to learn any martial without a qualified teacher is almost impossible, the series is an excellent supplement to instruction in Pangai Noon Karate.
