Self Pro Krav Knife Defense DVD with Jacques Levinet

The Self Pro Kav, founded by captain Jacques Levinet, eliminates all superfluous techniques to exclusively keep the quintessence of reality. In this new work, a logical continuation of previous projects, Levinet tackles one of the most sensitive problems: bladed weapons. The DVD starts with the attack forms, the educational techniques of SPK, 360 reflex techniques, and disarmaments, all in order to fully get into the SPK modus operandi: standing frontal threats, from the back, from the sides and on the ground, frontal, lateral and back attacks, false threats, and protection of third parties.
