Excellent instructional dvd to review Shuai Chiao techniques from a reliable source. I studied at the U. S. Shuai Chiao Kungfu Academy in Cleveland, Ohio which is a fighting school. I would recommend this dvd for anyone that's interested in Shuai Chiao. The dvd pretty much covers what I learned and what I observed being taught at the physical school.

I use to have the VHS tapes. This is the most well rounded fighting style videos you can study for both the real world and the cage.

Can’t say enough positives! I bought this back when I was a kid on VHS but sadly I lost them all, I was glad to find the complete set here on DVD it was definitely worth buying again.

So glad these are back. I got my first set of kaizen kettlebells 10 years ago. The new ones have a different design, which is an improvement imo. The wider base is cool and I like the color coding as well.

I enjoyed it, answered a fundamental question/issue I had with the position, position seemed too equal on the identical leg weave, which would open you up for back exposure. This new approach solves that. Thanks for evolving my game.

I bought this set years ago on vhs, and still consider it one of the best in my collection on bagua because this teacher places heavy emphasis on the often overlooked fine details that make the art so powerful and beautiful, PROPER BODY MECHANICS! without which your pakua is dead! This set has a tendency to keep disappearing then reappearing . this is a good investment ,and there is A TON OF RARE AND VALUBLE INFORMATION.

Learned a lot from this dvd. I like how Rick gets straight to the point. I usually watch instructionals late at night so I can’t stand teachers that go on and on and on. Just show me the move with the key details. I was able to put a few of the lives right into my training tonight. 5 stars.
