Dr. Yang's performance is pretty good

Dr. Yang's performance is pretty good and the disc has applications and qigong associated with the sword. A good disc but it has no narration, making it difficult to pick up the key points. Yang has a book on taiji sword, a must buy if you get this DVD so you'll have more detail that the disc lacks.
