The exercises are worked as if you were attacked high and then low or vice versa, with a rubber band for upper body and another one for lower body.

You will work on defenses against knife attack followed by a low kick, against a hook followed by a strike to the groin, against an uppercut followed by a mule kick, etc..

The rubber band is not included in this DVD, so please get one so that you can work on all the different movements.
