This DVD offers advanced techniques in the different positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. What I call "The art of combat" is a good knowledge of the different basic positions of BJJ (standing, guard passing, reversal, half guard, back, etc.)

It is important to have the same fight in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as in Grappling. This is why 80% of the techniques you will see in this DVD are achievable in NO-GI.

Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.
