In this DVD, you will  be presented with numerous defense techniques against an aggressor armed with a knife, by experts from different countries: France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Spain, and all of them belong to the World Krav Maga Federation.

Of course, keep in mind that the best possible defense against a knife remains running away, especially for beginners. But if you do not have any other choice, then it is important to know effective and appropriate techniques: they could make the difference. You will also be shown how to use your environment: hiding behind a car, using a jacket, a pen, your keys… Common objects can help you deal with the unbalanced confrontation between an armed aggressor and an unarmed target.

You will be presented with bare hand techniques, with techniques using common objects, you will be shown different situations, in standing, sitting or lying positions, with the attack coming from the front, from the side or from behind, you will see how you can defend another person, how you can react facing a threat to the throat, to the face, to the chest, to the abdomen, to the crotch…
