Nino is the man! I always liked the omoplata but man he shows entries from so many positions I didn't think about before. So worth it.

i guess for the price you get what you paid. i really like Omoplatas but it didnt add too much to my previous knowledge and the detail and not so good english i didnt enjoy.

Excellent DVD. And talking about Nino he is one of the best fighters, and he is a great person. You guys have to know also his brother Giuseppe Schembri which is also an excellent fighter very creative, flexible like Nino and great person.
