Unfortunately, that aspect of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is often forgotten in training practices and a lot of people turn to Judo techniques as a complement. Yet, classical Judo throws are not enough, they need to be adapted to the Jiu Jitsu specificities. In this DVD Master Paulo Sergio, who is black belt 4th Dan in Judo as well and was several times awarded Brazilian champion, will teach you how to fight in a standing position, showing each detail of the main throws and how to bring down which will enable you to fight safely.

Format:	DVD PALPAL is the standard video format used in Europe and parts of South America. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa.
