Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. This DVD is AWESOME! I came to read the reviews of how freakin awesome others found this DVD but someone there is only 1 review. I cannot believe this. This DVD is worth 10x its weight in gold (if you value BJJ). I just finished DVD 1 and all I can say - ITS GOLD! Can't wait for the rest.
