Nogi was my first brand of shorts I got almost 10 years ago. These shorts are built so tough! Can't go wrong.

I am 5'6" tall, 155lbs with a 30" waist and I ordered a size 30. There is about 1" of slack in the shorts, so they fit perfectly for me. The design is great, the side slits aren't too long and they fit well. The construction on these shorts is pretty nice, but they do have some loose threads which is nothing a pair of scissors can't fix. I have no major complaints, but I do wish they would remove all the embroidery on the front and the back. The logos are huge and are quite stiff (maybe it will loosen a bit after few washes). There are 5 embroidered no gi logos on the shorts (not including all the little screen printed ones). I think they could boil it down to 1 or 2 logos and the shorts would be much cleaner looking.
