I have not watcehed the dvd yet but I got the chance to watch in person Mr. Hernadez teach and train the PR JUDO Team while he lived here a few years ago.........and ALL I can say is that the man is a MONSTER on the mat! He is a TOP NOTCH JUDO/PHYSICAL TRAINER.........his trained where are always very structured,methodical and physically demanding.The man just played around with JUDOKAS around here and could even tell them before hand the technique he was going to use to throw them or sweep them around to the MAT.

I watched the videoclip and the production of the dvd seems to be TOP QUALITY.I can not wait to see other volumes of techniques taught by Mr. Hernandez.......specially an UCHI-MATA one because they say that he has like 30 variations of that throw!!

This is an EXCELLENT dvd. It was about time that a cuban judoka stepped up an released something like this. You'll love the fusion and combinations techniques. Also there are 20 supplemental exercises that WILL improve your Judo. This dvd is HIHGLY recommended for all judoka.

Hernandez Sensei has a very straight forward approach in this DVD. Less theatrics, and get's right down to the techniques. Alone the types of Seoi he demonstrated was more than worth it. I agree with the other ratings a must for any Judoka.
