On these DVDs you will learn: Advanced Striking - including Headbutts, Spinning Kicks, Chops and other powerful strikes and combinations of strikes; Fighting Tactics - how to disable the attacker's hands, make simultaneous strikes and more; Pressure Drills - how to deal with the psychological effects of an attack and how to focus your aggression to finish the fight.

Duncan Pattle: Host/ Instructor of the original Ultimate Krav Maga 5 DVD Box Set is back in the 'Advance Series Part 1'. He will be teaching you advanced striking (Headbutts, spinning hammer, spinning kicks, jump kicks etc), drills and much more.

Rune Lind: Expert Level Instructor and Director of Krav Maga Norway. He has flown out to the US to be apart of the 'Advanced Series Part 1'. Rune, will be teaching you advanced striking (Inside/ outside chops, spin kicks, etc), Fighting Tactics (Double attacks, striking combo's and more) plus warm up drills and Kettlebell exercises.

Renee Nolte: A highly skilled Expert Level Krav Maga Instructor and certified Krav Maga Force trainer as well as an experienced School owner from Texas. Renee is also a Master Mixed Martial Artist with over 26 years experience. In the 'Advanced Series Part 1' she will be teaching expert level high intensity stress and fatigue drills.

Dana Ben Kaplan: Expert Level Krav Maga instructor from San Diego CA. Dana has decades of experience in Krav Maga, having trained in over a dozen countries. Dana will be teaching Expert level consolidation drills, Fighting Tactics and much more.

Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. WOW! Awesome follow up to the 5 DVD box set. Cool filming methods and again great instructors. Very Entertaining to watch. Highly recommended. Come on guys give me a women's DVD?? my girlfriends and I will love them. :)

This type of training is amazing I actually took this style of training and applied it to my martial arts style. The dvd is full of advice and training that will teach you krav maga and even better understand your art.
