Absolutely great for under your gi or no gi training. Doesn't ride up, collar feels great, and breathes well. The logo is sublimated, so it looks super clean and will not rub off or stick to the mat like screen printed designs.

If you train in a hot state or like to have something under your gi that doesn't add too much bulk, I recommend this rash guard.
