Roy Harris is the teacher of Roy Dean, the source of his detailed approach to instruction, and chief technical influence in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). He is a pioneering martial artist and fourth degree black belt in BJJ.

As a 37 year old BJJ nut with limited time to train I purchase this DVD solely for the 'Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Over 40' disc. The concepts shown are simple and practical based on the instructors years of experience. Whether your getting old or you are young but don't train as often as others at your gym, this is the disc for you. Really helps improve your gas tank and makes you change the way you play your game against more skilled or more athletic opponents. Excellent job Mr.Harris.
