Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Other info:	All region DVDRegion Codes are software locks installed on the DVD disc to prevent people from taking advantage of the differential release schedules of movies. Therefore some DVDs manufactured in Japan for example, will not play in DVD players sold in the United states and vice versa. Japan and England fall into what is known as Region 2 and the United States falls into Region 1. If the DVD is marked as "Region 0" or "Region Free", it will play on any player.

I was lucky to have been able to watch 90% if this event when it aired live streaming here at Budovideos. There were some incredible matches throughout the day. The usual format for the No-Gi Worlds DVDs are disc 1 has the final and sometimes the seminfinal matches, and disc 2 has the best matches of the event.

Unfortunately, this year I guess they decided to make disc 2 the open weight division, which had some great matches like JT Torres vs. Murilo Santana, but also had a lot of boring matches, and the division's bronze, silver, and gold medals were all decided by vote/seniority/closing the brackets/etc.

There are so many exciting matches that you won't be able to see. But I guess no one will, and the finals matches on disc 1 are very good, so if you're fine with half the matches on the DVD being average, or if you just love to watch competition, I'd say order it!

Unless there's a follow up disc, this is gonna be the No-Gi Worlds 2010 experience. Obviously the visual and sound quality is amazing, as is the case with all of Budovideos' products.
