The info here is ok. Nothing special. but for the price id skip it. 2 of the discs are "bonus" discs and completely uneeded. one of these bonus discs is just a rambling but interesting lecture by greg nelson. and sparring footage of a bunch of mediocre and submediocre guys sparring. the point of the bonus discs appears to be nothing more then to jack up the price. you can obviously charge more for a 6 disc set then a 4 disc set. the machado portion was good but to short. the paulson portions are typical paulson(good stuff. the vazquez section was good if your a submission grappler and a small, lean guy. not all that usefull for mma. the greg nelson stuff was good. the marvin cook stuff was very good but way to short.
