In this series - "Invisible Jiu-jitsu" - Braulio teaches the techniques that have made him world champion both with and without the gi. Where this series differs from others is with Braulio's focus on the unseen side of the techniques. This is what Braulio calls "invisible jiu-jitsu".

Each DVD contains 3 full lessons, each filmed to bring you as close to a private lesson as possible on film.

Going beyond the mechanics of techniques, Braulio focuses also on principles and theories of submission wrestling and BJJ as well as bringing across in the lessons his approach to training.

I like the seminar-like format where Braulio shows the basic position and then progresses on to variations for 2 x 30 minute lessons. He is a good teacher and the explanations are clear. the bonus shows him in the finals at ADCC, then he demonstrates the inverted triangle 7-8 times to give you a teaser.
