Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

I have plenty instructionals and this one is one of the best (good moves and good explanations). Xande does not use fancy jiu jitsu but he knows the fundation like no other guy. He is the man!

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to on this one and yes I do have a library of instructionals this is a must have it is somewhat basic but there moves that actually work just the guard replacement was worth it for me a lot of guys show you nice set ups and nice sweeps but what about maintaining your guard while your trying to get the sweep or the submission
